I don't know, I'm not quick to judge management. This deal involved multiple parties and if some are...not quite on the ball, then there will be delays. Negotiations are always between 2 or more parties, you can only do so much, but if the other parties don't perform, well...
All the traders are going so I'd imagine we'll go back to support levels before a similar (but weaker) momentum plays along a few days before 16th.
