    I am not sure if I am reading the same announcement here or not, I read it is all done and dusted, a couple of signatures here and there, a board meeting here and there and its ready, I cannot for the life of me see a negative in this announcement, it wont be falling over, not if I have read it correctly, 7 working days and we will find out,
