I expect a few sells as no one likes delays and also some traders exit.

but fundamentally the announcement quashed speculation that the deal has fallen over. quite the opposite. they're all working towards it and it's really just timelines of paperwork and documentum slowing things down.

this theoretically decreased the risk and intrinsically increases the value. so short term might track a few points but would expect a slow build over the next 2 weeks followed by the re-entry of traders.
