I suggest some work on your trading psychology (not taking a jab, legitimate advice that most people, myself including, should be reminded of from time to time).
There is no such thing as being "trapped" in a trade, that's a psychological assessment that people use as self-preservation, it implies a loss has not been incurred until a sell order is lodged, and as such I'm "trapped" means if you sell now you make a loss, therefore you can't sell. Wrong. Everyone here has already made a loss, the market doesn't care about what your entry was - hard truths to swallow for most but an important lesson nonetheless.
Nobody here is trapped - if they choose to hold it's no different to them choosing to buy at these levels had they had the cash and didn't hold - current holding is completely irrelevant to an assessment on whether a stock is worth buying or not.
