It is just strategy. Don't believe words as they are playing a game.

Time to cancel the cap return or push it way out further as 2 x 1 c etc and stop supporting the price so they have no way to exit at a decent price. That will force em to think again. Why give them the benefit of cash back IMO- they have no control of board and most other retail holders will have written down expectations anyway.
