Yowie is stuck in a difficult position. These takeover offers have been a total waste of time and money, caused by a bunch of leeches known throughout the industry as not actually having enough money to do a cash takeover and only wanting to bleed cash reserves for small companies dry. They are bad news and I feel sorry for any company these guys get involved in. But there is another big issue with Yowie and that is that Louis and Co are still behind the wheel. The incompetence and arrogance shown by Louis and the board is beyond comprehension. Getting rid of them was the only part of Auroras plan that I liked the sound of. This company needs new (younger) management with a fresh new direction for the company. Of course this is all IMO.
