I believe the reason why it has, as you say, degenerated into the personal - is that the company has put in writing some serious accusations that have not been rebutted; and those accusations imply that there was a material impact on my investment through a deal not going through. Yes, Keybridge has a sordid past, but on the facts presented to us at this point there is only one party being highlighted as not acting in the best interests of the company.
I'm here to protect my (in my mind significant) investment in the is company. So apologies if it seems personal toward you - but I see your thoughts as endangering my financial future. Based on past record of the parties in question I'd much rather a Keybridge T/O attempt (knowing that at a joke price this wouldn't be in Purcell's interest and he has essentially a blocking stake) than the issuance of convertible notes per hanabi's post.
