    re: Ann: Adjourned Meeting of Demerger Scheme... As this is only the Demerger step and the Transfer meeting cannot be called until the Demerger is approved I think both the Mega Agreement and IPO will be delayed again.
    Mega float is hinted at $10M for public float, balance will be held by SER, Indian interests and current equity.
