re: Ann: Adjourned Meeting of Demerger Scheme... Looks like MEGA intend to hit the ground running on IPO. If they do produce 12000t in 2012 thats over $30 mil turnover first year and from memory quite a low production cost. "Suck that up Northern and Focus :)" But seriously, I don't really understand how their capital structure will look (starting market cap $210M ??) but if MEGA get the reception that Northern and Focus got and the success they are still having the more MEGA shares one has the better. Based on what happened to Northern ans Focus we could get a 200-300% increase without a mine. What will it be with a company in production! Not only ULEY but we are in on all MEGA's other assets. I agree SER will be sold down but watch for the bounce. On the other hand, someone has already mentioned "trading halt" and this might correspond nicely with MEGA's debut. Which ever way I look at it now, I am convinced I am on a "mega" winner. (and about time)
