    re: Ann: Adjourned Meeting of Demerger Scheme... one interesting outcome of the adjourned meeting is that the ex entitlement date is now so much closer to the MEGA IPO - thus one would expect SER sp to be a lot higher towards end of March compared to Feb 5.

    Now for those shareholders who will not be able to hold any MEGA shares through the demerger, then surely they have a lot to gain than otherwise
