    I woke up this morning hoping that the deal would be voted down. We may get lucky! Thankyou who ever!

    The game is really simple sell the oil and gas properties for the value of the 2 P reserves and distribute the cash. I would accept the IP value as part of a sales process to stop the hemoraging of cash on overheads.
