Stargroup Ltd (ASX:STL) (the Company) today announce that Simon Theobald, Melissa Humann and
Stephen Longley, in their capacity as joint and several Administrators of the Company (the
Administrators), have lodged an application with the Australian Securities and Investments Commission
to adjourn the Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company. The AGM was originally called for 29
November 2017.

It is proposed to adjourn the meeting for a period of up to approximately six months.
The Administrators are of the opinion that the proposed adjournment will not cause any prejudice to
shareholders. No decisions can be made at the AGM which will impact the Company’s future operations.

By the time the AGM is reconvened, it is hoped that a restructuring proposal will also be available for
shareholders.

Shareholders will be advised when the adjourned AGM is called.

That pretty much means nothing for us for the next year, but plenty for creditors and liquidators no doubt.

Heaven forbid they just do a CR and oust the board.
