    Share price is firm on GCY due to increased bid by Westgold. ,. So not that good for us as westgold DO NOT want FFR
    The Improved Offer Consideration values Gascoyne at $0.53 per share, which implies a $133.5m total
    transaction enterprise value2
    So all comes down to big shareholders of GCY except the new WGX offer
    Still has the condition FFR merge does not proceed.
