people talking about sp rising havent looked at the chart. was artifically held down specifically to coincide with the GM.

nearly all m&a uses volume weighted average prices (vwap) - 5, 20, 30 etc of the stock(s) involved as basis for the transaction.

so at least one aspect of delay will include talks on the artifically low vwap, obvious suppression and breakout of BUD stock - requiring some massaging of final deal terms.
