"the interesting part is that both trading halts are in regards to an acquisition. suppose zentri didn't reach its revenue targets. XPE has a similar business to Zentri, they also handle iot hardware. Both xpe and bud have ties to microsoft and therefore fit into that social network..

just sharing my thoughts, chances are this has nothing to do with it but it would be interesting to hear anyone else thoughts on these connections."
