Can anyone point me to a part of the Corporations Act that governs how online polling is conducted? I'm guessing that teh BOD, and hence Pfizer have ongoing access to the numbers of FOR and AGAINST votes, whereas shareholders don't. I'm assuming they cannot know how an individual intends to vote, other than through telephone polling. Assuming makes me uncomfortable! I'd welcome any enlightenment.
