Yes. Actually looking back through the remuneration notes of the annual reports, it appears that all of senior management took well under market rates while the Lithium enema was in progress which was needed when cash was heading out the door. They had some nice options allocated to keep them happy until the ship turned, which is paying big time for them now. I suppose an increase in fixed rate remuneration for all senior staff is possible now and so it should be. Don't want to loose this bunch.
