I generally agree with your post, but when you say;

. . . it tends to conflict with the company's policy of only counting centres when they re-order. So in effect, AHZ are saying that they have 120+ centres where surgeons have done just what you say and are re-ordering, and 'hopefully' they also have a lot that have used CC and are now evaluating before re-ordering, when they will be counted as a 'centre' for AHZ's purposes.
