The interest rates aren’t high mate, if a mine takes out a loan they put the mine up against the loan so they can get really low rates. Same as home loans, the home is up against. A loan with no collateral usually starts at around 15%, 13% is low with no security, 10-11 is great. 3 years is great also, would have preferred longer but I feel the loan could get restructured in a year when profits come in
