For those not in the know Wayne was President of Merck for Europe, Canada and Australia so he was right at the pointy end of the big Pharma co. His salary would have been huge, of course much greater than what is on offer at AHZ. I do not think he is in this for the money, I think he just sees a great opportunity to do something different (hopefully great) with a small aussie co. That is it, nothing more, so yes, we are all extremely lucky to have him here. If AHZ failed, his reputation would turn to mud so I am positive that he will succeed based on that alone. He is an extremely experienced and talented operator who has always delivered in the past and WILL deliver again. It may take longer than many of us hope but he will get it across the line IMO. So far he has been a man of his word and I do not expect any changes away from this. He has a plan and will work to that plan to the letter to ensure success. Come 2020 and we will all be enjoying the fruits of this investment.
