Hmm. WP would need to have his head read if he signed off on a loan that had covenants attached to market cap. This company is afterall a Aussie biotechy penny-dreadfully speccy so volatility is sorta like death n taxes... its sorta guaranteed. Methinks the only covenants are related to minimum cash balances and that they stay listed on the ASX & they dont lie when making ASX statements. But maybe another question at the AGM while they have most of that $10M drawn but not spent.
