You can interpret the "no significant" as "minor but not great" or "no", not sure which way, but I think it is the "minor but not great"; otherwise they would just say "no response" rather than "no significant response".
As of 95%, come on, it is phase 1, i have never heard any trials give you 100% in phase 1, not even phase 2.
they need to adjust the doses.
Beside, I can be wrong here but is vaccines 100% even in released form? can someone confirm?
