As someone who purchased a further 250K at 0.92 i understand the frustration.
With the benefit of hindsight, the timing is perfect, as previous posters have highlighted, capital investment from the private sector whilst possessing a healthy cash position is much more appealing that in desperation later in the year. I am also of the opinion, that management have correctly judged that private investment would be required to take them through this next phase of their development as I am not entirely sure shareholders would have all jumped on board for the whole sum requested.

Take away message;
1. Don't get angry, be objective, learn from this and be better prepared next time. The worst thing one can do is find yourself in this position and take nothing away from it.
2. The fundamentals remain the same, have a long-term view.
