Don't mind this capital raise as has gone to someone who will be a long term holder and the other investors have all shares holdings put in escrow for 90 days which includes the shares issued, shares currently owned and any shares that are bought on market in next 90 days .. I am glad the company did the CR this way as stops the sophisticated investor taking the stag profit.. It will be outstanding buying if you got in the 60s to 70 cent range with a rally back to above 80 cents in the very short term .. Good luck and please DYOR
