What does a new a chairman imply for Wayne once a new CEO is found?
The search could drag on and on so it may not be relevant short term.
But when they find one, what position/role does he take?
Does he just step back after doing all the hard yards or bump the new chairman?
I would be disappointed if he just stepped back.
But ultimately it is his choice.
