How do we know he's knocked back more ?
I've no issue with execs being well paid if shareholders are being rewarded but the norm is for everyone to put their nose in the trough with the promise of increasing value to come. And sure as night follows day it rarely does.
We don't know what his year's targets are so they could be stretch targets or they could be a given in which case his base salary is more than the print.
Bit more cynical in my old age having been burnt before.
Really hope the team continue to pump and we see appreciating value.
