Ok, firstly I know because he and other board members told me in person and I believe him. His resume, achievements and the fact that he is on the board of a Nasdaq listed company give me no reason to doubt him.
Our targets have been made perfectly clear and the internal targets by which he is judged are higher. His base salary could easily be one million anyway.
I just think for everything he has done and achieved so far you are being over critical on this issue. Wayne deserves this and whatever he achieves in bonus will be reflected in the share price because of improved company performance. It's a win win.
