Oh damn. And here I was about to send that draft flyer through to Admedus marketing...
OF COURSE its a joke...from the poorly made image of the flyer, to the suggestion that they would stick them on the pumps with little tear off bits on the bottom - as you rightfully point out - are used for neighbourhood garage sales... You see, that is where the humour lies. What I've done is take an every day situation (i.e garage sale type flyers) and apply it in an unexpected situation (like a medical company in a hospital). There is also a slightly dry bit of humour in there - the possibly implication that Admedus Marketing hasn't/isn't doing enough to promote their excellent products.
Jokes get better when you explain them...
