Dont forget the patch is not just going into chd surgery. It is being used in adults also. Vascular repairs etc.
The market for a huge range of applications in adult surgery can be massive. The application Julian has mentioned and which I suspect we will hear more about is the construction of tubes used in heart bypass surgery in lieu of the patients leg veins.
