The only people that can buy in after the tipping point is reached are the hedgefunds, with high frequency trading and zero fees ... I think motley fool thinks its audience are the hft traders.Retail investors have to get in early and take more risks as they arent part of the scam that exists in our markets and overseas.. Hence that article is completely useless. Lets face is todays markets are so rigged.... Have a read of what happened over in the states recently to DNDQ
