Good on them for raising some money! I'm a little surprised they found someone willing to give them money without also getting control of the company, although I guess they will have a great deal of shareholder votes. Surely Wayne gets to boot at some stage, at which point I'll take another hard look at how those adapt sales are going.
Selling infusion is good. Overall this money with the money raised with the rights offer could provide a good bit of breathing room for them to prove they are worth investing in again.
I suspect there won't be a lot of holders stumping up more cash so I imagine the underwrites will have to fork out. I don't imagine the open will be pretty.
