That is only half of their purchase. The other half is on 12.5% fee and that is 7c.From sp movement, we can see the underwriter want to get the shares. And he will keep pushing the sp under 8c. Retail investors will give their right to underwriter for free.
The question is what he is going to do with the shares which he will buy at 6.5. The underwriter is a hedge fund and I think it will be more likely that he selling the block at higher price to other inst.
Sorry for the existing shareholders loss. With strategic investor buying at more than 10c recently and a heghe fund willing to buy at 6.5, the sp looks really cheap.
