And I really doubt the underwriter is playing the market - no need to - there are plenty of upset holders who have been screwed who want out.
Finally, AHZ has had some (in)famous hedge fund purchases - every time people complained these funds were getting a great deal, and that is was unfair for existing holders - they even gave away options. Every time these funds who thought they were being clever got totally and utterly screwed.
