I see this as confusing. Management seem to always believe they just need a little more money, consistently underestimating the task ahead. Surely they need all the money they can get. By their own admission the $12m will not get them through to profitable.
Would be great to reduce dilution but at this stage it's pretty hard to avoid it with the sp so far in the hole.
