$13m is net of the repayment.
Interesting that the loan is needed to be paid back suddenly. I wonder why? Still $13m plus infusion will keep them afloat for a year (or more) as the coy say. The question is will anything change between now and then? Only time will tell as no one will believe any forecast coming out of the coy!
