Serious question - are you basing this on an understanding of this company and its history, or what "generally" happens? Because AHZ is a special case, and not in a good way.
It may be oversold, but it is impossible to tell IMO. Nothing the company has done in recent history is in the interests of existing shareholders and instead of telling the truth and making sound decisions to grow the business and make it profitable management have made up nonsense, spent up big and hoped that the there would always be another fund or investor to take money from or that they would get lucky with sudden and unexplained boom in sales or a partnership or something.
Consequently credibility is shot to pieces. Not an Aussie institution in sight will touch them. So here we are. I suspect it will take more than 2 days for that to heal. If you are unlucky Minderoo will dump all their holdings while you are carrying the can.
Better to wait it out and see what happens and buy with the trend not against it.
