I agree 100%
In fact one of my reasons to invest more was the calibre and quality of people joining the company with wayne - this is a growing story and im sure the engineers (scott ??) and those tavr guys, and the marketing and sales team, new management team ... All believed in the growing story and wanted to be a part of it.
However Its not over yet and in reality this is only the start of the journey for some but i think most intelligent people with foresight now see great management who make and hit hard milestones, working with great scientists to create great IP and great engineers who can efficiently and accurately make large quantities of cc and offshoots cheaper than before, and an educated and enthused sales team who now have the support and metrics to be very effective selling something that really is best in class and to be proud of.
And to top it all off - we have more than one string to our bow...
