They make a point to say the Phase 2A wasnt powered to get stat sig but just to watch for signals. They also know which cohorts worked best and best delivery method to move forward with.
They at least know what they are looking at now for a more prepared phase 2B.
Phase 3 after that is where the big expense is
To me its still a work in progress...
