The worst thing is that the share price would have been over 40c if they hadnt shopped the issue - looks like they saw a broker or investment bank late last month -when the price which was heading for 40 plus (poosibly 45) and dropped to 35!!!
So whilst the discount does not look super huge at 20%-it is huge (33% )to where the price would be now if they hadnt gone that bit early!!
