Bright Star have done nothing wrong, they invested in the Immunotherapies business, and they have staved off the administrators for the main business for now.
If you hold, they are your best chance to get something back.
Any anger or hatred should be squarely directed towards WP and the BoD, those bastards are the ones who lied and destroyed the company and our wealth along with it.
Bright Star could have just waited on the sidelines and bought the company for probably 1/3 of the current MC if they wanted.
They probably could have negotiated a lot harder than it appears they have, the terms aren't completely horrible.
Yes, they have a few seats on the board, and they have the opportunity to increase their holding etc, but the alternative is cents on the dollar, if anything if PFG had their way.
