so SB negotiated a good outcome for themselves. assuming 3 new. BOD members from them. question is how much in influence WP and the Seeburg (assuming he ia still here as not heard a pipsqeak from him since this debacle startes) will they have role in selection process zero? and hope SB members have succession plan to replace CEO. wp negotiated a 5 yr deal on their board for vaccine. he appears have positioned himself well. question is does he and his management team keep their high saleries, will new board keep checks and balances, will existing BoD if still around get significant skin in game or conveniently skirt the issue. accountability and transparently to the 1000th degree is required here and mircomanaging of WP and BOD in all actions going forward...my trust went along time ago..
