I am hoping for a second key investor with ~20%. Would be a great counter balance to StarBright and ensure that they do not get to takeover to cheaply. Germany based would be amazing as it would potentially give us a leg up in the EU market.

However, not sure if they can place anymore without shareholder approval. Might be another EGM coming? I still think they might struggle to raise the target amount through a rights issue. Exec Salary cuts and/or share based remuneration with minimum holding periods would be very welcome.

I have no issue with selling the infusion business - it is a distraction. For a while there I thought we were about to win a string of tenders. Not sure if we lost these or if the government health departments are dragging their feet. If the latter then we should wait until after the tenders are announced (assuming we think we will win!).

Other thing that has been on my mind is whether we should have ever tried to do our own distribution. Seems to be a massive headache - we are paying high turnover costs that may be offsetting the margin benefit.
