Sadly this isn't enough dough I fear. Looks like starbright will walk away with some great IP and probably the company at the end of all this. It is interesting they took on the loan, rather than stump up the cash to pay it out. They will call the shots next time we run low on cash and will get a good deal.
AHZ ran out of time and trust, may have been golden otherwise. Time was just the way it panned out, trust on the other hand...
