Hi tcb, will be very interesting to see if Star Bright will start to buy on market as the year unfolds.
What a outcome for SB, substancial piece of ownership in Admedus for a ‘song’, I would imagine this mob are very astute investors and may have plans for Admedus in the medium/long term future, that may or may not benefit current shareholders.
My concern will be the market reaction, especially the action of the last lot of sophisticated investors/ funds who bought in the last CR at triple the sp and no BOD seats, will they sell out or hold.
Could turn out to be the ‘take over’ of the year by SB, to the utter benefit of SB, I know the funds ensure Admedus survival but at what cost?
