Definitely a cliche but Admedus could be like a phoenix rising from the ashes, if all goes well in the future at this pivotal point in Admedus history.
In hindsight I guess that could have been said in reference to CodeRed!, looking back it was good but not good enough, imo, imagine if SB had come on board then and with oversight from three representatives on the BOD would Admedus have been in its current position! .... a moot point for sure.

SB, absolutely, now a strategic cornerstone investor, will there be one or two other cornerstone investors coming on board?

Funds from the sale (or flogged, lol) Infusion division could equal the equivalent of funds raised from a CR (?), if sold off (?).

At this point in time, realisation of funds from the broader recap, SB placement and possibly funds from sale of Infusion division, Admedus may be in the position of never ever having so much funds available at its disposal.

Funds that should ensure no immediate CR in the foreseeable future (next year), big call for sure!. Take on faith (big pill to swallow, absolutely) that Admedus is at the tipping point of becoming cash flow postive, especially now it has the respite of adequate funds behind it.

Looks like becoming a pure Adapt platform play and a very promising one at that, not sure what will happen to Admedus r3maining AI interests, SB no doubt have a long range plan for that, imo.

In reference to the loan, no loan is the best one; that said the lower interest rate is a boom and payment in shares in lieu of cash ..... interesting, bigger stake in Admedus for SB and operational costs cut (?)

Clarification on sp of shares? .....seven day average or a pre agreed sp.
