Like other holders I am waiting for AHZ to release some information and start trading again before I commit to any decision on my investment. In the meantime there are a couple of questions that are exercising my mind -
1. Talk of Star Bright acquiring the company - I have had a quick look on the FIRB website and there does not appear to be any requirement for approval by that authority because of the low capital cost.
2. The sell down of shares by MC Management and Minderoo commenced in May. Whilst MC continued to sell, Minderoo stopped when they got below the 5% and have not sold any since June. I wonder why?
Does anyone have any thoughts on the matters?
