So Star Bright is going to be a 20% holder, and creditor, with significant presence on the board going forward. Can't see any reason for them not to take the whole company over for a song and delist from the ASX. Just let current management keep doing what they're doing until it's down to a few cents a share and in breach of its loan covenants, then offer SH a nominal amount in a takeover bid or call in the loan and bankrupt the company, which puts the IP in Star Bright's hands anyway.
No reason on earth for them to take us along on the ride to share the spoils - because at these prices, they don't need to share the risk.
Afraid we've been handed a dick in a box, ladies and gentlemen. It's been real.
