Everyone is rightly excited by the Investor presentation and rightly so. It was superbly presented, contained some granular detail we are not used to and confirmed that the current QRT is when the paradigm shift begins.

However, for me the TAVR announcement was as equally important. We are truly developing something special here that will disrupt and displace the current market.

While other companies argue over old patents we are innovating new ideas. But not just any ideas these are ideas from MD’s identifying current issues in existing TAVR devices which we can address.

A great example of the adjustment of the French size which is directly related to our ability to make the tissue consistently thinner and so with less bulk we can reduce the size of the basket. This is turn reduces femoral artery problems and complications and leads to a quicker recovery and less costs.

The more IP we develop the more value we put on our TAVR to others with deeper pockets before signing a Co Commercialisation deal. This truly has the potential to move Admedus up into the big time and make our current market cap laughable.

With a new General Manager of TAVR coming on board and animal trials this year we have a lot to look forward to.

Sadly the ASX is not used to talk of TAVR and TMVR and what it means but they will know soon enough. Until then it remains a massive opportunity for those that understand the true significance of this announcement today.

For me today marks a new beginning and we will look back in 12 months and wonder why we didn’t buy more in the 20’s instead of whinging about it.
