Can I make a suggestion?
We could split the 2 components of the company. CC becomes a separate company from the Vaccine.
The present board continues with the Admedus vaccine company.
A new board is elected to run the Adapt CC business.
We are all allocated shares prorata, in whichever company is split off. We can maintain a position in both or choose to to sell one or the other.
