If we did a 10:1 consolidation then split the companies on a 1:1 issue basis either way. This effectively
1.Reduces the consolidation to 5:1
2.Insures CR is done wholly for the benefit of either one or the other. No grey areas.
3. Would allow the CC business to keep the management team that is now operating. But benefit from a hand picked board by the share holders.
4. Allows Admedus vaccine to keep the board that came with Allied Health with the option for the shareholders to decide if anyone needs to go. A decision would need to be made regarding management.
